The Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) raises money for life-saving cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through an annual bike-a-thon that crosses the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Team Big Jon has raised more than $2 million for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. Dana-Farber is one of the premier cancer specialists in the country. Since its founding in 1947, Dana-Farber has been committed to providing adults and children with cancer with the best treatment available today while developing tomorrow's cures through cutting-edge research.

In 2008, Warren rode in his first PMC, 200 miles of pedaling over two days from Sturbridge to Provincetown, Massachusetts. Why does Warren ride? Simple: he rides in honor of his good friend Jon Weiss, who succumbed to kidney cancer, and for all those who fight this dreadful disease. Jon was a tremendous family man, loving husband, and top-notch attorney. For some awful reason, he left us way too early.

Team Big Jon has grown to more than 22 riders each summer. In 2017, Warren completed the ride with his daughter, Mina. Mina is now an avid supporter and completed her third ride in 2019.

Over the past 40 years, PMC has raised more than half a billion dollars for the Jimmy Fund and Dana-Farber. If you feel inclined, you can donate to Team Big Jon at http://profile.pmc.org/WC0053.

Roll Team Big Jon!
